ECO4 will be a six-year scheme and is intended to run from 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2028.
ECO4 Is an ongoing scheme by the government to support low-income households with the aim of making them energy efficient. This policy was introduced to make homes warmer and to try and reduce emissions that are produced throughout the uk. For you or your household to be eligible for the grant you must receive one of the following benefits
- Income based Jobseekers allowance (JSA)
- Income related Employment & Support Allowance
- (ESA) Income Support (IS)
- Pension Credit Guarantee Credit
- Working Tax Credit (WTC)
- Child Tax Credits (CTC)
- Universal Credit (UC)
- Housing Benefit (new eligible benefit under ECO4)
- Pension Credit Savings Credit (new eligible benefit under ECO4)
